I just want to know because i applied for a loss prevention agent job at old navy....i was with the supervisor who let me dress anyway i want to the interview AND gave me his cell number.....we were in the interview for at least an hour and some change, he was asking me questions and giving me scenerios on pretty much how to stop shoplifters, etc. As we were talking he printed out papers (3 to be exact) everytime i answered a question. One of the papers was of course for the background check...now does anyone know that being that my credit is BAD plus i MAYYY be about to get sued by one of the creditors bu not sure yet but my credit is REAL bad.....i mean would they look pass that and still hire me or no???? what exactly is in the employee background check?? i have never been arrested or in court either.....i really want this job BAD because its something i want to do and i just wanna help protect this company but i just wanna make sure this wont screw me..... help plz anyone??? thank ALso to i have another question....i got a letter from these lawyers from a debt collection agency tellin me im being sued and i have to go to court yadda yadda BUT i had no court date on it and they told me i had to see the court clerk and i had a certain amount of days to go but still i had no court date on it AND at the end of the letter it said "this is an attempt to collect a debt any information obtained will be used for that purpose" MIND you this is on a supposed summons/letter...i spoke to a bankruptcy lawyer who told me if i DONT go nuttin will happen.....a few weeks after the same lawyers sent me an e-mail stating that if i sent money to disregard the letter and if i didnt to contact them or to send money to them with the SAME statement written on the bottom as it was on the summons/letter....does anyone think that this is a judgement or like what does anyone think this might be like whats the deal and would this hinder me from that loss prevention job??
